Patient Accounts
Any insurance deductibles or patient co-pays should be paid upon your admission. If you request a private room, you will be responsible for paying the difference between charges for a semi-private room and a private room, which is usually not covered by insurance. It is important for you to understand what your insurance policy covers or does not cover prior to receiving health care services.
Please call your insurance company prior to receiving these services if you have any questions about your level of coverage. For your protection, we require a picture ID and a copy of your insurance card upon each visit. If you have a billing question and would like to speak with someone directly, please contact customer service at (484) 893-6700.

Charges for your personal physician, the anesthesiologist, radiologist, pathologist, emergency physician, or other private physician services will be billed separately from your hospital charges, as required by insurance companies.
