Patient Accounts
Any insurance deductibles or patient co-pays should be paid upon your
admission. If you request a private room, you will be responsible for paying the
difference between charges for a semi-private room and a private room, which is
usually not covered by insurance. It is important for you to understand what
your insurance policy covers or does not cover prior to receiving health care
services.
Please call your insurance company prior to receiving these services if you
have any questions about your level of coverage. For your protection, we require
a picture ID and a copy of your insurance card upon each visit. If you
have a billing question and would like to speak with someone directly, please

Financial Counseling and Assistance is available for those that qualify.
Physician and Professional Services
Charges for your personal physician, the anesthesiologist, radiologist,
pathologist, emergency physician or other private physician services will be
billed separately from your hospital charges, as required by insurance
companies. If you have a question on these bills, please call the
telephone number on the bill.
