All personnel, medical staff or any other individual who provides care, treatment or services, who perceive quality of care or safety issues exist within the organization may contact external healthcare regulatory agencies and report the perceived issues. The organization will not take disiplinary action becasue a personnel member, medical staff or any other individual who provides care, treatment or services, has contacted an external healthcar regulatory agency to report a quality of care or safety issue
