The Easton Hospital Health and Wellness Center is our new healthcare facility located in the renovated Park Plaza in Forks Township. The Center is a healthcare venue for the entire family offering physician offices, imaging services, laboratory services and walk-in care (no appointment necessary) during certain hours. The Easton Hospital Health and Wellness Center is a more than 16,000 square foot facility that occupies the northwest corner of Park Plaza.
